Exploring, uncovering and developing strategic foundations for corporate wide innovation - committed to defining new approaches within the current business, while constructing a pipeline of projects that explore the scope of possibilities for long term growth.
Brian plays a lead role in taking complex business initiatives from concept to reality – building an informed process through research, analysis, design, and testing of programs using a human centered design approach and positive change leadership principles in partnership with internal and external resources.
Brian has a background and works in the areas of innovation ecosystems, strategy development, human centered design capabilities, organizational culture, social network analysis, organizational communications, change management and print/graphic design.
Brian’s education and expertise begins with a photographic and graphic design background from Savannah College of Art and Design while serving in the United States Navy. He formally holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Advertising with a secondary degree in Public Relations from Grand Valley State University and an Organizational Communications MA from Western Michigan University. Brian also holds accreditations from Cornell University’s - Executive Change Leadership program, Melcrum Communications in the United Kingdom, and the PROSCI school of change management, in conjunction with Colorado State University, as a certified change management professional.
